Vicki joined the Customer Service Centre in 2018 with considerable experience in customer service before joining the team at our Ilkley office as sales negotiator. She completed her Level 3 NVQ in the Sale of Residential property in August 2020.
She enjoys building relationships with customers, supporting them throughout their journey with Dacres to help make their experience as seamless as possible. Vicki has always lived in the Aire Valley.
