Providing a full range of estate agency services and expertise, we are now looking for a Residential Surveyor to carry out residential valuations and surveys in the Aire and Calder Valley.

As part of this role you will be required to complete homebuyer’s reports, building surveys and mortgage valuations on residential properties. Work is undertaken on behalf of major lenders as well as private clients.

The right candidate should ideally be a Chartered Surveyor via the RICS (either MRICS or FRICS) due to the nature of the work and the surveys completed. Residential experience of completing homebuyer’s reports would be advantageous but training can be given within any areas the successful candidate doesn’t have experience in.

You should have the ability to provide a friendly and professional service, whilst building and maintaining relationships with our clients. It is essential that you hold a valid driving licence as travel will be expected.
