The Role:
- Book, complete and follow up on valuations for your branch, as well as participate in the negotiation and sales process as required;
- Promoting the company brand professionally;
- Arranging and attending client valuation appointments;
- Generating business by winning new instructions;
- Keeping in regular contact with vendors and purchasers, working closely with both to ensure a high quality service;
- Demonstrate proactive engagement with current and prospective clients;
- Capitalise on all leads;
- Supporting your team;
- Self-driven to meet and exceed your own targets.
