DACRE, SON & HARTLEY HOME-BASED: THIRSK, DARLINGTON, TEESSIDE AREA  

RESIDENTIAL SURVEYOR 

We currently have an exciting position for a home-based Residential Surveyor to carry out residential valuations and surveys in the Thirsk-Darlington-Teesside area.  

Although this is an established full-time position, we do have some flexibility. Therefore would consider applications from those looking for either a full time or temporary appointment. 

You will be expected to be able to have high levels of commitment and determination, and have the ability to work with a degree of flexibility.  

You will also be expected to manage your own workload and will be encouraged to build local relationships to develop the existing business further, working with the latest IT equipment and the support of an experienced and dedicated admin team.  

We are looking for a qualified surveyor (RICS or SAVA) who is either a Registered Valuer or who is eligible for registration.  

Ideally, we are also looking for someone who is able to provide a high level of customer service, high-quality work and who will be able to generate both repeat and new business, so attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work are key.
