OFFICE CLOSURES

Following UK Government instruction we have now closed our offices and are now remote working across our sales, lettings & property management teams.

We are here to help but lots of information can also be found at www.dacres.co.uk.

If you are part way through a sale or purchase and need advice please feel free to contact us. If you are a tenant and are part way through a move in, your Lettings Manager will keep you updated in terms of key collection etc.

The Property Management Department can also be contacted in the usual manner and if you are unable to reach your designated Property Manager, please call 01943 885388. Any repairs need to be reported through the Fixflo portal or email your Property Manager.

Routine property inspections have been postponed and we will contact you to re-arrange another date in the foreseeable future. 

We hope to be back in the offices and to be able to deal with your enquiry in our friendly Yorkshire manner as soon as possible.
