Our Skipton office has appointed experienced lettings manager, Aleysha Benn, to head up the lettings division during an extremely busy time for the market.
Aleysha has already successfully found tenants for a wide range of properties in her first few weeks in the role, ranging from smart terraced houses through to a large five-bedroom family home at West Marton, which all let within a matter of days. As a result, the Skipton office is keen to replenish its stocks of rental property across all price brackets, throughout Skipton and its surrounding towns and villages.
Aleysha brings a wealth of experience to the role having spent six years working for lettings agents in Leicester, Salisbury and Burnley. She also grew up locally and attended Craven College.

In addition, we secured three viewings for a five-bedroom family home at West Marton, priced at £1500 per calendar month, and all three wanted to move in.
