A beautiful development of just nine stunning new homes, in an Area of Outstanding Beauty overlooking Nidderdale, on the edge of the North Yorkshire village of Darley, will be launched on Saturday 27th April. Private inspections between 10am and 1pm can be booked in advance through our Harrogate office. 

The much-anticipated ‘Deer Glade’ homes are the latest project from the highly regarded development team of Yorplace and Square Feet. Both put thoughtful design, considered accommodation layouts, high calibre specifications and careful detailing at the heart of their schemes.
