DAN SCORES WITH NEW ROLE AT DACRES

Dacre, Son & Hartley has appointed Dan Ogden as lettings manager to oversee the rentals portfolio across at the Guiseley, Otley, North Leeds and Bramhope offices.
Dan, who grew up in Leeds and lives in Bardsey, previously spent several years working at a Headingley based sales and lettings agency, as well as running a football coaching business.

He is now responsible for carrying out market appraisals, producing marketing literature for properties, handling tenant applications and dealing with tenancy agreements. In addition, he will continue building our growing portfolio of rental property across the four offices, as well as advising new and existing landlords on their investment strategies.
