DACRES EXPANDS ITS LETTINGS DIVISION
In her new role, Brannan will work alongside the existing lettings managers across the firm’s Saltaire, Baildon, Bingley, Keighley and Skipton offices, handling tenant applications, referencing, property inventories and tenancy agreements. She will also be involved with producing marketing literature for rental properties.
Brannan joins from Horton Housing, which provides housing-related support services throughout Yorkshire. She said: “Joining Dacres is a great opportunity to further my property career as well as completing relevant industry qualifications. The role also appealed because it covers a wide-spanning area, involving all types of properties, from apartments to large family homes, so no two days are ever the same.”
Emma Kerrywood, who heads up Dacres lettings division across the firm’s 20 offices, said: “Our lettings division has enjoyed a great start to the year and our rental portfolio is growing all the time. This is particularly true in the Aire Valley, where we have large numbers of tenants registered with us, who are currently looking for homes, and as a result property rents very quickly in the area.
“Recruiting Brannan to oversee the administration side of the lettings process is helping to service this demand and ensures that keys can be handed over as soon as possible once a let is agreed, which is good for both tenants and landlords alike. She already has experience in the property industry and has hit the ground running, which has immediately made her a valuable member of the team.”
