In conjunction with our Land and Development team we are able to advise on commercial and residential development of land including negotiating Option Agreements and Planning Promotion Agreements, and appraisal of development land value to maximise returns for clients.
We are particularly well placed, via an appropriate combination of in-house skills, to advise landowners on the selection of a developer and suitable scheme, and also to introduce developers to specific landowners and property development opportunities.
We have a dedicated residential development team including Chartered Surveyors who are supported by a network of twenty residential estate agency offices, providing unrivalled local knowledge.
