    A former pupil of Skipton Girls' High School, Caroline went on to study at the University of Northumbria in Newcastle where she gained a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management. She started her career for an independent Estate Agency in West Yorkshire gaining a sound basis of practical experience. Career progression and a passion for the area in which she grew up moved her further in to the Dales, taking on the role of Sales Manager for Dacre, Son & Hartley in 2002.

David, who has worked out of a number of the firm's offices over his many years with the company, specialises in residential sales and also provides advice to those looking to invest in 'buy to let' property.

A Scotsman adopted 14 years ago by Yorkshire, Mark now considers Baildon and the Aire Valley area as home.

    Nick Alcock has worked for Dacre, Son & Hartley since the mid 1990s and took over the management of the Knaresborough office in 2000. Nick is also the current President of the Harrogate & District Estate Agents Association. Having been born and bred in Harrogate, Nick was married at Allerton Castle in Knaresborough and now has two young daughters both whom attend the local Primary school.

Married to Charlotte and with two children, Patrick is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Local boy Simon attended Harrogate Grammar School, has a Degree in Property Studies and is also a Fellow of the NAEA. He has worked in and around the Harrogate area since 2002 and has also played rugby at Harrogate RUFC.

He is married to Emma and has a baby daughter, Lucy.
