She started her career for an independent Estate Agency in West Yorkshire gaining a sound basis of practical experience. Career progression and a passion for the area in which she grew up moved her further in to the Dales, taking on the role of Sales Manager for Dacre, Son & Hartley in 2002.

Nick Alcock has worked for Dacre, Son & Hartley since the mid 1990s and took over the management of the Knaresborough office in 2000. He is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Valuation and Management. Nick is also the current President of the Harrogate & District Estate Agents Association. Having been born and bred in Harrogate, Nick was married at Allerton Castle in Knaresborough and now has two young daughters both whom attend the local Primary school.

Patrick started his career with the firm in 1985 and from the start took a keen interest in the diverse range of services that the firm has to offer. Sandra joined Dacres in 1989 at the then newly opened Guiseley Office and then took over the reigns at our busy North Leeds operation at West Park. During her career Sandra has worked at a number of other branches, covering the north Leeds area along with the other "golden triangle" areas of Wetherby, Bramhope and Harrogate.

Simon joined Dacres as Branch Manager of the firm's Harrogate Office in the spring of 2011, following a dynamic career with a well known corporate estate agent. Local boy Simon attended Harrogate Grammar School, has a Degree in Property Studies and is also a Fellow of the NAEA. He has worked in and around the Harrogate area since 2002 and has also played rugby at Harrogate RUFC.

Tim Usherwood is a Senior Associate at Dacre Son & Hartley, having around two decades experience with the firm. Since 2000 Tim has been the Manager of the bustling Skipton Branch.
