Jonathan joined Dacre, Son & Hartley in 1972, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1977 and became a Partner in 1984. He has broad experience of most areas of the business and has specialised in land and development since 1990, acting for public sector and private landowners in many high profile land sales throughout the North of England. He became Managing Director in 1998.
