Ian is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer who has been surveying and valuing residential properties in the Ilkley and Wharfedale, Skipton and Craven, and Aireborough districts for over 40 years.
Ian specialises in residential property and provides professional RICS valuations and Homebuyer reports, as well as formal valuations for inheritance tax, trust, matrimonial and other legal purposes. Ian has always lived in the Ilkley area and is well known for his involvement in many local organisations over the years and is a past President of the Rotary Club of Ilkley.
