Fiona joined Dacres Commercial in 2007 and is has recently been promoted to Director. Based in the Leeds office she specialises in the primary healthcare and pharmacy sector advising on rent reviews, lease renewals and a wide range of property valuation issues.
Fiona has operated within the commercial property market since 1989, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991, working for two national firms of property consultants based in Leeds prior to joining Dacres Commercial. Fiona has extensive experience in the commercial property sector, primarily in portfolio valuations for major financial institutions/property companies, investment agency, secured lending valuations and professional rent review/lease renewal work across all sectors of the commercial property market.
