From the North Street office into the High Street, turn left into South Street and into Halifax Road and up to Crossroads. At the roundabout turn right on to Lees Lane and follow the road down into Howarth, continue down Station Road and at the roundabout turn right into Bridgehouse Lane, follow the road round into Rawdon Road and then into Sun Street continue straight on through Sladen Bridge and into Stanbury, continue through the village and down the hill and across the bridge and up the other side, continue straight forward for approximately 1/4 of a mile and then turn left across the reservoir and then turn right and follow the road onto the end of the reservoir and then the property can be seen high up on the lefthand side with the 'for sale' board at the bottom.
