Directions
From Ripon’s by-pass proceed north towards the A1 and continue up Hutton Bank past Ripon Land Rover and then take the next left hand turning sign posted Wath. Follow the road through Hutton Conyers and Norton Conyers and then enter Wath. The property can be found halfway into the village on the left hand side. Identified by our for sale board.
