Take Bedale Road out of Bedale and pass over the train track. Follow the road for approximately one mile until you reach a mini roundabout. At the roundabout turn left onto Sandhill Lane, and follow the road as it bears round to the right, continue on this for half a mile, whereby the property can be seen upon your right hand side.
