Main roads connect with business centres as far apart as Harrogate, East Lancashire and the West Yorkshire conurbation, and Leeds Bradford International Airport is just some 12 miles or so distant. There are regular services throughout the day to London Kings Cross from Leeds station.

The current owners of Rockwell have undertaken a feasibility scheme to investigate the possibility of developing the lower garage site. Architects drawings show a three bedroom property could be accommodated on this area, however no formal planning application nor approach to the local planning authority has been made.

From our office in the centre of town proceed past the railway station onto Bolling Road. Continue ahead towards the centre of Ben Rhydding and immediately before the Parish Church turn right onto Margerison Road.
