Hollingwood Rise, Ilkley, West Yorkshire, LS29
A fabulous opportunity to acquire a development plot of around 0.12 of a hectare (0.29 acres), with planning (subject to conditions), for the development of a stunning five bedroom home extending to around 3800 sq ft in all (GIA). Alternatively there is clear opportunity to extend the existing dwelling, or undertake a revised scheme, subject to planning. For further information visit www.dacresyorkshire.co.uk/Hollingwood/
The sale of 20 Hollingwood Rise offers a fabulous opportunity to reconfigure or extend an existing dwelling, subject to planning consents – alternatively the plot already has the benefit of planning approval secured through A V Architects of Steeton. This development opportunity offers an extremely rare chance to develop a stunning ‘grand designs’ home within a popular and well regarded area of town – a scheme which will sit on a site of just over a quarter of an acre and which is close to some beautiful moorland and woodland walks, whilst the town centre is only a mile or so distant.
The layout of the proposed new build, as proposed, provides wonderful light and airy freeflowing living accommodation with extensive glazing to maximise the impact of the stunning views – an asset shared by the expansive balcony areas.
Ilkley itself requires little introduction – the town enjoying a beautiful setting in the heart of unspoilt Wharfedale – a living environment which also combines ready access to the region’s business centres including East Lancashire, Harrogate and the West Yorkshire conurbation. From Ilkley’s town centre, with its comprehensive range of retail and social amenities, there are also frequent rail services throughout the day into the cities of Leeds and Bradford, with regular onward connections from the former to London Kings Cross.
