A delightful stone built character cottage which has been sympathetically modernised providing light and spacious living accommodation in a picturesque village setting with views across the beck to the village greens and beyond, about 5 miles from the market town of Pateley Bridge.

A delightful stone built character cottage in an idyllic setting with views across a beck. Ghyll Holme has been sympathetically modernised to protect the charming period features such as sash windows, exposed floorboards and original fireplaces. The spacious living accommodation includes central heating, a modern kitchen, open to dining room with multi fuel burning stove, utility room, wc and cloak room/office space, lounge with multi fuel burning stove having beautiful views over the front garden and beck beyond. To the first floor there are two bedrooms of a very good size and a house bathroom and staircase leading to the second floor where there is a useful attic room with airing cupboard, plentiful eaves storage and views of upper Nidderdale. Outside there is a lawned garden to front and a courtyard style garden to the rear. In our opinion an internal viewing is essential to appreciate the size and charm of this wonderful property.
