If after viewing the property you wish to proceed with a tenancy application please fully complete the appropriate application form, which is available from our office. All persons over the age of 18 will be required to complete an application form and shall be named in the Tenancy Agreement.
Please note there is a non-refundable fee of £50 + VAT per applicant to cover the cost of references and credit checks. This fee is payable upon submission of the completed application form. A non-refundable payment of £150 is also payable on submission of an application. The fee is to cover the cost of preparing for the proposed tenancy on your behalf. This money does not constitute a tenancy or offer of tenancy but is required as proof of your commitment.
Prior to your tenancy commencing payment of the first month’s rent and security deposit will be required. The security deposit required (in addition to the first month’s rent) is equivalent to one month’s rent plus £100 unless otherwise stated. The deposit is held against any damages or expenses arising during your tenancy and will not be released until after you vacate the property and all rent has been paid up to date.

Once your tenancy has commenced future rental payments are payable in advance by standing order. Please note all standing order payments are required 4 days prior to your rent due date to allow for clearance.
