We continue to provide our franchisees with group benefits and they can take advantage of not only the established resources but also introductions to the group’s corporate deals. This section gives you an indication of just some of the available relationships:

Conveyancing

We cherish and recognise the importance of retaining strong links with local solicitors where local relationships can help the sales process significantly. We also have a working relationship with a national conveyancing firm who work on a no sale no fee basis meaning that you can offer your customers this facility and earn introductory commission for doing so.

Mortgages

Through our unique relationship with the Mortgage Advice Bureau you are able to earn considerable commission for the introduction of customers who take mortgage and insurance products. There are several ways in which this can be agreed and we will explain and discuss with you the various options available.

Corporate instructions

We have access to part exchange and repossession work through several different suppliers in our territories and substantial income can be earned from these committed customers.

Surveys and professional services

Our in-house survey department will reward you and your teams for surveys that you pass directly to them. In addition they are on hand to discuss matters that might just save a sale from otherwise collapsing!

Referrals and cross selling

Through our membership of the Move With Us network we have the opportunity to pass instructions and applicants to other network members across the whole of the UK and this can result in a share of a subsequent sales fee simply from the referral of an opportunity.

Referencing and insurance

As a franchisee you will be able to offer your customers referencing and insurance via our selected provider, you earn commission on both fronts, more importantly we ensure that our customers' properties can be protected and should the worst happen, our supplier can deal with the necessary administration and compliance (including court costs and representation). Of course we are always looking at new incentives for you, allowing you to get on with what you do best!

Residential Lettings

You will have the opportunity to earn from residential lettings depending on the location of your Dacre, Son & Hartley franchise. The nature of the matter will be discussed with you during your initial meeting with our franchise consultant.
