We currently have an opportunity for a Residential Sales Valuer to join our team at our Keighley branch.

The successful candidate will have estate agency experience, will provide excellent customer service and be competitive, goal orientated with a proven track record in sales and a desire to succeed.

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Valuer who wants to learn and develop their skills to be successful within our industry. Applicants must have at least 2 years’ experience in undertaking valuations. 

The Role:

  • Book, complete and follow up on valuations for your branch, as well as participate in the negotiation and sales process as required
  • Promoting the company brand professionally
  • Arranging and attending client valuation appointments
  • Generating business by winning new instructions;
  • Keeping in regular contact with vendors and purchasers, working closely with both to ensure a high-quality service
  • Demonstrate proactive engagement with current and prospective clients
  • Capitalise on all leads
  • Supporting your team
