Please note that there is a non-refundable fee of £50 inc VAT per applicant to cover the costs of references and credit checks. A non- refundable payment of £150 inc VAT is also payable and this is to cover the costs of preparing a tenancy on your behalf. This money does not constitute a tenancy or offer of tenancy but it is required as proof of your commitment.

The following fees may become payable if appropriate :- Guarantor Fee of £60 inc VAT; Security Deposit equivalent amount to one month’s rent plus £100; Pet Deposit of £100 to be added to the deposit and protected by the TDS; Renewal Fee £60 inc VAT; Future Landlord Reference Fee of £25 inc VAT.
