Beverley Anderson, Julie Beecroft and Will Smith, who is a presenter on local radio station Stray FM, are the lucky winners of the ‘Guess the Value’ competition run by Dacres at this year’s Nidderdale Show.
We have been the main sponsor of the show for the last 33 years, and we welcomed hundreds of people to our stand. Beverley, Julie and Will took first, second and third prizes in the competition to guess the value of four Yorkshire properties, which were all on the market with us in 2004, when we were also exhibiting at the show.
Beverley won a packed hamper of fresh produce from local suppliers, Julie a voucher from Olleys Pizzeria, and Will a sweet hamper from The Oldest Sweet Shop.
Senior Associate and Area Manager, Chris O’Mahony, says: “We are really proud to support the Pateley Show – it’s a huge event that we have been involved with for so many years. As well as sponsoring and exhibiting at the event we also presented a couple of trophies on the day for Best Pig Handler and the Junior Shepherd/Shepherdess.”
