VIRGINIA RETURNS TO SALES MANAGER ROLE AT DACRES

An estate agent with nine years’ experience has been appointed as sales manager at our Ilkley office. 

Virginia King has worked for Countrywide in both Lincolnshire and Halifax, and previously spent two years with Dacres. She joins a team of nine sales and lettings professionals at our head office in the heart of the town. 

Patrick McCutcheon, head of residential sales, said: “Virginia has worked with a broad client base and brings extensive estate agency experience to the role. We are delighted she has come back to Dacres. She’s commited to her clients, always delivers excellent customer service and has the acumen and maturity to deal with challenging transactional situations.”

Virginia said: “Despite summer being a typically quieter time due to the school holidays, there are still buyers looking for their ideal home. One of the things I enjoy most about my role is helping people to find the right property for them, and then doing everything I can to make the sale happen. I also really value working with such an experienced and friendly team in Ilkley. It’s a busy office, selling all types of property styles that typically range in price £100,000 to £4 million, as well as handling plenty of off market sales too. It’s great to be back.”
