TOP SPOT FOR PATELEY ESTATE AGENT AS PEOPLE MAKE THE RIGHT MOVE

New statistics from the property portal, Rightmove, have revealed that our Pateley Bridge office is streets ahead of its competitors when it comes to sales.
Dacre, Son & Hartley, which is based on the High Street in the heart of the award winning market town, has agreed 53% of all sales in the area, with its nearest competitor achieving just 11%.

The figures are for the total number of sales agreed in the area over a six month period from 1st January to the 30th June 2020. Ben Buckley, who heads up Dacre, Son & Hartley’s Pateley Bridge office, said: “It’s down to the hard work and dedication of our team, which includes senior sales negotiator, Alison Reilly, who has been based at the Pateley Bridge office for 17 years, that we have been able to achieve such a high level of sales in 2020.

“Obviously, during this period we have negotiated our way through the coronavirus pandemic, and although we had to temporarily close our office for the first time in its 30 year history, we were able to progress ongoing sales and advise our buyers and sellers on the best course of action for each individual sale. We even secured a sale on the first day back in the office!
