This follows a busy quarter for Dacre Ripon which is currently celebrating its 40th anniversary in the Cathedral City.
Based on Queen Street and employing a team of eight, Dacres Ripon has sold over 30 properties over the last four months and has been ranked by property portal Rightmove as the leading agent in the city for five consecutive years.

One home that the Ripon branch marketed in August attracted seven viewers within five days, which resulted in six offers and a successful sale that was £20,000 over the asking price. Andrew explains: “Properties that benefit from our proactive approach, with quality marketing, are receiving large amounts of interest and in some instances, have gone for in excess of the asking price.”
