SALES BLOOM AT ILKLEY DEVELOPMENT

More than half the homes on an exclusive new development in Ilkley have sold following a succession of sales negotiated by our Ilkley branch.
There are now only four homes available at Craiglands Gardens. The development of just nine homes enjoys a discreet location close to the famous moors, just off Cowpasture Road, and close to Ilkley Grammar School.
The remaining homes are all built over four floors, mainly from natural stone, with some having timber and slate. Inside there is plenty of flexibility when it comes to the first floor layout with sweeping, free flowing living, kitchen and dining space.
Patrick McCutcheon, head of residential sales, said: “Craiglands Gardens is an exceptional development of homes in a first-class location. Boasting inspired design and a discreet, yet convenient location, these stunning family homes are contemporary and practical in style and each offer up to five bedrooms with three bath/shower rooms, integral garages, parking and gardens.”
The remaining houses range in price from £619,950 - £719,950. Plot 1 proudly stands at the entrance of Craiglands Gardens whilst Plot 7 has a unique design featuring balconies on both the second and third floors. Plot 8 is an inner terrace five bedroom family home and plot 9 provides 2,140sq ft of thoughtfully planned living accommodation.
Patrick added: “A particularly nice feature of the homes is the stunning upper level family room, or fifth bedroom, which features French doors with one or two balconies. These really are stand-out homes that have been designed to perfection giving buyers such a flexible and usable layout.”
