Ross Quin, who grew up in Harrogate, will head a team of nine sales, lettings and mortgage advisers at our prominent Albert Street office.
He has spent more than a decade working for two national firms in Harrogate and Thirsk, as well as working for a property investment firm based in York.
Ross said: “There are lots of exciting plans at Dacres and I was keen to be a part of what the senior team are building here. Dacres has always been a strong player in the Harrogate market and I want to bring my fresh, modern and passionate approach to the office. I believe in providing clients with exceptional customer service and making the buying and selling process enjoyable, rather than stressful.
“I was born in Harrogate and went to school here, my grandfather owned the famous Chapman & Quin butchers and I have a real affinity with the town. I am pleased to be working back in Harrogate and looking forward to building on the firm’s market share.”
