Users simply visit www.dacres.co.uk and click on the online calculator, which then asks for the address details of the property, the type of home it is and the number of bedrooms it has. It then provides a price estimate, along with a potential rental estimate, as well as showing details of similar properties that have sold recently nearby.

The valuation tool follows us recently launching a brand new state of the art website. The site is fully optimised for use on mobile phones and tablets and offers large, high quality images for every property, as well as detailed location overviews and has been specifically designed to be easy to navigate.
It also features the latest industry technology, with the addition of a ‘My Profile’ function, which enables users to save searches and pick up where they left off when they revisit the site. In addition, the ‘My Dacres’ function allows sellers to track the progress of their sale online, with up to date viewing information, feedback and marketing statistics.
