A bespoke development of just three houses located at the gateway to Pateley Bridge’s High Street in the Nidd Valley are nearing completion, and the stylish homes have all been blessed by the local Minister, Rev. Mike Poole.

Skaife Row is built on the site of a former garage - Skaife Motor Repairs - and the land also has connections to the town’s historic brewery and is adjacent to the Methodist church. Renowned local builder HG1 Ltd is building the homes for respected developer, Mr Mike Bower, who lives nearby in the area. Mr Bower explained: “I moved to the area from Beckwithshaw when I bought a tired old Georgian property that was in need of total renovation.
