MP STUART ANDREW SURVEYS DACRES’ SUCCESS

Following news that Dacre, Son & Hartley’s survey department had secured a hat-trick of industry accolades, local MP Stuart Andrew promptly put pen to paper to congratulate the team of their latest achievements.

The six-strong team passed their annual Quality Assurance audit, with exceptionally positive results and then secured a top grading in the division’s latest Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) audit, due to the high level of competence evidenced throughout the business. 

The final accolade for the department followed an audit by a national supplier of mortgage valuations, which praised its excellent service and ranking it 15th in a national table of surveyors.

Following these successes, Mr Andrew, who represents Pudsey, Horsforth and Aireborough, wrote to applaud the team’s hard work. 

The letter, printed on House of Commons headed paper and addressed to James Wattrus, who heads up the survey department, commended the team and said: “You must all be absolutely delighted with this result, especially having succeeded in so many industry accolades. I do applaud the hard work everyone must have put in to achieve this in what, I am sure, is a very competitive market. 

“I would be grateful if you convey my congratulatory wishes to all your colleagues. I take a great interest in the businesses in my constituency and I send you many good wishes for Dacre, Son & Hartley’s continued success.”
