Lucy, who has been with us for ten years is responsible for day to day liaison with clients as well as valuing and listing residential properties and is a licensed ARLA agent. Lucy says: “I thoroughly enjoy working for Dacres and the team here in Pateley Bridge is fantastic, so it’s great to be back! I love my job as it is fast paced and I get to appraise a wide range of beautiful homes, which is something I never tire of!”

Lucy joined Dacres from University and started her property career at the firm’s North Leeds office. She has a national qualification in residential lettings and property management, and has plenty of expertise across both sales and lettings.

Lucy works alongside sales negotiator Alison Reilly and area manager Chris O’Mahony, who have been with Dacres almost 15 years and 12 years respectively.

Chris says: “Our Pateley Bridge team is very well-known and respected and has great links with the local community. We are delighted to welcome Lucy back after the birth of her little boy. Lucy and Alison are a fantastic team who go out of their way to put our customers first – something that has made our firm the market leading agent in the area and one of the top performing agents in terms of deals done.”

Our Pateley Bridge office has been based on Pateley Bridge’s High Street for more than 30 years selling cottages, village houses, country homes and farms as well as operating a hugely successful lettings division.

The office currently has more than 45 properties available ranging from £120,000 to £1,100,000. For further information, or to arrange a free market appraisal, call 01423 711010.
