LEADING ESTATE AGENCY FIRM APPOINTS NEW OFFICE MANAGER

Carl Falberg has been appointed to manage our thriving and long established Ripon city centre operation. Carl joins Dacre, Son & Hartley to manage a team of four sales and lettings professionals at our base Queen Street in the heart of the city. Open seven days a week, Dacres is well-known for its high standards of professionalism and customer service, delivering considered sales and lettings advice across a wide range of property.

Carl has worked in the property industry for eight years and started his career at Connells Group, before moving to William H Brown, as an office manager in North Leeds. 

In his new role, Carl will be responsible for further growing the firm’s well established and already significant market share. Carl said: “I moved to North Yorkshire with my family, as like so many other people, I was attracted to everything that this part of the county has to offer. It’s such a beautiful part of the world, with great schools, lovely villages, vibrant towns and cities and of course, a host of country pursuits available in the surrounding countryside.
