An estate agent with more than 14 years of UK and international industry experience has been appointed to head up our busy Skipton office.
Julia Green joins us as office manager, she will lead a team of eight who deal with sales and lettings from our distinctive office on Sheep Street.
Julia has worked for a number of leading independent estate agents in Richmond upon Thames, Chiswick and Chelsea, as well a working for Allsopp & Allsopp in Dubai as a sales and leasing real estate agent, which has given her a huge depth of experience.
Originally from Wharfedale, Julia was keen to return to Yorkshire and work for the region’s leading independent property firm. She said: “Having grown up locally I have always been very familiar with the Dacres brand, which is well-known and highly respected. When I decided to move back home, it was the obvious first choice.”
The Skipton operation has been at the forefront of the Craven property market since the late 60s. It is currently marketing properties ranging in price from £100,000 to over £2 million, both in the town and surrounding villages. Dacres also has a very successful lettings service, managing a multi-million pound property portfolio for landlords across the area.
