Yorkshire man Daniel, who lives locally in Baildon, brings a wealth of experience to the role after spending the last five years managing the Ilkley office of a national estate agency firm which also involved selling property throughout the Aire Valley area.

Our Bingley office employs a team of 10 working across sales and financial services alongside a highly successful lettings division.  In his new role, Daniel will support Steven Potts in managing the office’s sales division, carrying out valuations and overseeing property sales.

Daniel says: “This is a great opportunity to join one of Yorkshire’s most recognised property brands in a successful office that covers a wide area across Bingley and the surrounding villages including Eldwick, Cottingley, Cullingworth, Wilsden, East Morton, Harden and Denholme.

“It’s also an exciting prospect because the local property market is currently very busy and we have seen a big increase in new buyers registering with us, who are looking for all types of property within the areas we cover.  As a result Dacres is firmly focussed on building its stock levels and we would encourage anyone considering selling to contact us for a free, no obligation market appraisal.”

Steven Potts, a Director at Dacres says: “Daniel is an experienced property professional with excellent knowledge of the local market and a great track-record in branch management.  This made him the ideal candidate for this role and we’re delighted to welcome him into the team.”
