A superb new development of just six luxury family homes close to Knaresborough’s town centre will be open to view this weekend.

On the market with Dacres, Orchard Fields is located just off York Road to the east of the Knaresborough, just one mile from its centre. Surrounded by mature trees, the gated development has been built by St Roberts Homes – a privately owned residential developer based in the town.

All six of the individual and highly specified homes have a modern style with a large kitchen, living and dining area and bi-folding doors that lead out to the back garden. The larger detached four and five bedroom homes have two reception rooms and the three bedroom semi-detached homes have a spacious sitting room.

Three of the six homes have already sold off plan. Senior Associate Nick Alcock, who is the branch manager of our Knaresborough office, said: “The development enjoys attractive surroundings with plenty of greenery, and the new landscaping will only complement the mature trees that are already in place. It’s also an outstanding location, with easy access to lots of local amenities, the train station and the A1(M), which is just 1.8 miles away. The fact that it is within the catchment area of the Ofsted rated ‘outstanding’ Aspin Park Academy and King James School will also appeal to families.

“The house styles are all named after fruit trees – Lilac Tree House, Cherry Tree House, Apple Tree House and Pear Tree House – and they are all individual. Everything from the quartz stone kitchen work surfaces through to Vitra bathroom sanitary ware are first class quality, and they have an abundance of energy saving efficiencies as well as a 10 year NHBC new homes guarantee.

“We are already getting plenty of interest in these desirable family homes, and with just three properties remaining for sale we would encourage anyone who wants to find out more to attend the three open viewings on Saturday 13th July from 11am – 1pm, Sunday 14th July from 10am – 12 noon and Wednesday 17th July from 5 – 7pm.”

The three properties for sale include plot three, which is a three bedroom semi-detached home priced at £339,950, plot four, which is a five bedroom detached home priced at £549,950 and plot six, which is a five bedroom detached home priced at £525,000.”
