Esme Griffin has been promoted to Lettings Manager at our Keighley office, where she will manage their extensive rental portfolio, which includes a wide range of property located throughout the town and its surrounding villages.
Esme, who grew up in Bingley and still lives nearby in Denholme, joined our customer services division at the start of the year when she decided to pursue a new career, after previously working as a hairdresser, and quickly became a successful member of the team.
In her new role, Esme is responsible for managing the office’s range of rental properties which include smart apartments through to large family homes, located across Keighley and many of its rural villages including Riddlesden, Oakworth, Haworth and Oxenhope. She is now completing a Level Three Diploma in Residential Property Letting and Management, and is also tasked with expanding the Keighley office’s rental portfolio and its landlord clients, at a time when tenant demand is outstripping the number of rental properties available.
Esme says: “Joining Dacres has been a fantastic opportunity to embark on a new career and it’s certainly lived up to my expectations. I’ve really enjoyed working in the customer services department, supporting property buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords, and no two days have ever been the same.
“I’m delighted to now be joining the company’s lettings division in Keighley and looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead. Keighley is a really popular area with an extensive bank of property, covering town centre homes through to country houses in heritage villages, so there’s lots of potential to build on the department’s success and expand it further. As a result, attracting new and existing landlords, who want to maximise their returns, will be one of my main priorities over the coming months.”
