We have expanded our Guiseley team with the appointment of sales negotiator Edward Bedford, who brings a wealth of high end customer service and sales experience to the role.
Edward previously worked at luxury department store, Harvey Nichols in Leeds city centre for more than five years, where he was assistant manager of the store’s menswear department. However, his keen interest in property drove his decision to change career and he will now participate in full training with Dacres as well as completing a prestigious qualification with the National Association of Estate Agents in sales and residential property.
Edward says: “Pursuing a career change isn’t an easy decision but I’ve always been interested in property and after lots of contemplation, I decided to go for it. I looked at lots of companies but Dacre, Son & Hartley really stood out because it sells all types of property, from smart apartments through to large country houses, as well as offering high levels of training and industry recognised qualifications.
“Selling homes, which are usually peoples’ most valuable and prized assets, is a lot of responsibility, but I’m confident that I can bring lots of skills from my previous role in retail to Dacres, and I’m really looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead.”
