With effect from 19th January 2018, David Phillip is retiring from the business after some 40 years’ service.
Upon joining the firm in 1977, David quickly proved to be a natural for residential sales, spending much of his career running the Otley office, interrupted by a long spell in Harrogate. He was also a senior member of the team that acquired the business from its then institutional owners in 1995.
David’s cheerful disposition has always been one of his greatest assets and, for this and many other reasons, he will be missed by clients and colleagues alike.
We wish David the long, happy and healthy retirement that he deserves.
