Dacre, Son & Hartley has promoted property professionals Bev Dooler and Tom Galloway to associate level.

Bev has worked in Dacres’ busy lettings and property management division since 2014 and is now the company’s senior property manager, operating across the Knaresborough, Harrogate, Wetherby, Pateley Bridge and Ripon offices.

Tom heads up the firm’s thriving Settle office, which sells and lets all types of property from smart apartments through to country homes and farmhouses, across a wide catchment area spanning the Ribble Valley, Yorkshire’s Three Peaks district and Kirkby Lonsdale.

Tom, who is from nearby Hellifield, joined the company almost seven years ago and is an accredited member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).

Patrick McCutcheon, head of residential, said: “Both Bev and Tom thoroughly deserve these promotions. Bev’s enthusiasm, experience and knowledge benefits both our team and clients and she has played a key role in integrating a range of innovative new systems and technological advancements into the department, as well as being instrumental in its overall success.

“Our Settle office has a strong reputation for providing top quality marketing advice and continually producing exceptional results for our clients, vendors and landlords. Tom’s outstanding local knowledge and solid understanding of the property market, which he also continually impresses on his team, is a key part of the office’s continued, long-term success.”
