We have enhanced our customer’s property exposure on the internet by investing in the latest digital technology to launch a superb new website.
Built by London based Homeflow, one of the UK’s leading property website designers, www.dacres.co.uk has been specifically designed to be user friendly, optimised for use on mobile and tablet (where around 65% of searches take place), with large, high quality images for every property, as well as detailed location overviews, floor and easy navigation.
We have also incorporated the latest industry technology, with the addition of the ‘My Profile’ function, which enables users to save searches and pick up where they left off when they revisit the site. Whilst the ‘My Dacres’ function allows sellers to track the progress of their sale online, with up to date viewing information, feedback and marketing statistics.
Patrick McCutcheon, Head of Residential Sales at Dacres, says: “We wanted a site that combined industry leading technology with excellent functionality for all of our customers - whether buying or selling. That means quick and easy access to information, bright and bold images as well as easy routes for users to contact us, be it by phone or email - whatever best suits them.
“Via the new website, people can register their details to create their own profile, receive email alerts based on their saved searches as soon as relevant properties come onto the market, and also save individual properties for viewing later on.
“The site also provides equally impressive functionality for those in the commercial property sectors, as well as promoting the full range of surveys, which the firm’s teams of Chartered Surveyors can provide across the North of England.’’
Adam Laird, Director of Homeflow Ltd, said of the launch: “It’s been an exciting opportunity to work with the Dacres team over the last few months. Together we have created a gorgeous-looking website that combines the latest in website technology, with content and visuals of the highest quality that perfectly reflect the Dacres brand. We very much look forward to continuing to work with Patrick and his team to ensure the new website becomes a crucial part of the business.”
Patrick concludes: “The website received almost 50,000 visits in September alone, and the new version is set to bolster those figures. With a focus on SEO and improving our ranking in local searches on Google, we are confident we can improve these figures. The thousands of visitors the website typically attracts each week, will find it a useful resource that they can use alongside the property portals, to help them find their ideal home.”
