New statistics from property portal Rightmove have revealed that Dacre, Son & Hartley’s Knaresborough office has secured the highest number of property sales in the town for yet another year.
Of the 41 estate agencies which sold properties in 2022 in the Knaresborough area, the town’s Dacres office secure almost 25% of those sales.
Senior associate, Nick Alcock, who is the branch manager at Dacre, Son & Hartley’s Knaresborough office, said: “We sold double the number of properties as our nearest competitor in 2022, and are really proud to have driven these sales forward for our clients.”
