Dacres Commercial has expanded its team with the appointment of Jack Manchester, who joins our Leeds city centre office as a Graduate Surveyor.
In his new role Jack is working across several of our departments, including the Healthcare Division, where he will assist with rent reviews and valuations on medical centres and pharmacy premises. He will also work with the Investment team and Commercial Agency division, which specialises in selling and letting of a wide range of commercial property including retail units, office space and industrial accommodation.
Jack, who lives in Harrogate, studied economics at the University of Stirling before completing an internship at a global property group. He then decided to study for a Masters degree in International Real Estate and Management at the University of Glasgow.
Jack says: “My internship convinced me that a career in property was the right choice for me and after completing my Masters degree, I was keen to return home to Yorkshire. Dacres is a longstanding local business with a great reputation, so I was delighted when they offered me this position, especially because it offers the opportunity to gain experience working across a diverse range of departments.”
