The owner of a state-of-the-art medical centre in North Leeds has been acquired by listed healthcare investor, Primary Healthcare Properties PLC.
Oakwood Lane Medical Centre, which is occupied by the Oakwood Lane Medical Practice and pharmacy operator Kami Healthcare, was developed and owned by Chapeloak Investments Limited.
Chapeloak’s shareholders were advised throughout the sale by Dacres Commercial’s specialist healthcare team which has an unrivalled reputation in dealing with medical centre investment sales, as well as managing an extensive portfolio of specialist primary healthcare buildings and carrying out medical centre and pharmacy rent reviews and valuations throughout the UK. A team from law firm Schofield Sweeney provided legal advice.
