We operate within RICS guidelines and in accordance with the Civil Procedures Rules which govern the way reports are prepared to ensure independent, objective and unbiased advice is presented to the court in a uniform fashion.

As Expert Witnesses we will prepare a formal report for submission to the Courts to advise and comment on a range of property related issues.

We are also often appointed by the Courts to act as a "Single Joint Expert" on behalf of two opposing parties.
