We are able to provide independant and objective advice and guidance on such matters without the expense of resorting to solicitors and an application for court judgements.

We can act either as an Independent Surveyor if mutually agreed, or as an Expert Witness, in which case both parties will agree to be bound by the surveyor’s decision.
