DACRES NEW HOMES DIVISION IS ONE OF THE BEST
The New Homes division of Yorkshire's leading firm of independent estate agents, Dacre Son & Hartley, has been selected as one of the best in the business at this year’s Negotiator Awards 2009.
The event is the premier nationwide estate agency awards scheme in the UK, and the New Homes team were one of just four finalists to beat off tough competition from across the UK to make the shortlist.
John Shaw, Director at Dacre, Son & Hartley and head of the company's New Homes division, said: “Although we didn’t take first place, just being shortlisted is a real honour, especially as the other finalists were either nationwide operators or based in the South. These awards are highly competitive with 150 firms entering, so we are delighted with the results.”
The New Homes Division was established over 20 years ago and the team are currently marketing a wide range of properties across Yorkshire with everything from one bedroom new build apartments at £79,950 at Kassapians in Baildon, to a five bedroom detached home in West Marton near Skipton with a guide price of £750,000.
John says: “The judges praised our marketing capabilities and excellent levels of customer service – two things we pride ourselves on. We currently have over 250 new homes on the market ranging from £75,000 to over £1million. The new homes we are marketing include stunning conversions as well as the very best new build developments.”
Dacre Son & Hartley were double winners at last year’s Estate Agency of the Year Awards taking Gold for the Best Medium sized Northern Estate Agency and Silver for the UK Best Medium Estate Agency as well as winning Best Estate Agent Website for a National or Regional chain at the 2008 Yorkshire's Finest Property Awards sponsored by the Yorkshire Post.
