Dacres Commercial duo Promoted to Associate Level

Two senior staff at Dacres Commercial have been promoted to Associate level. Christian Robb and Fiona Bellamy have both been with the firm for just over three years.

Chartered Surveyor Christian works within the planning and land department team at Dacres' Ilkley office, advising clients on the development potential of land holdings. Christian has a wide range of experience for both commercial and residential land clients in the public and private sectors. Recent projects include work for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust, Shepherd Property Group, North Yorkshire and York Primary Care Trust and the former Bentham Grammar School.

Fiona Bellamy is based at the company's Leeds City Centre office and is a respected Commercial Valuation and Landlord and Tenant Chartered Surveyor with over 16 years experience in the commercial property sector. Fiona is part of the firm’s valuation department and primarily works within the healthcare sector undertaking rent reviews and valuations on medical centres and pharmacy premises for commercial landlord clients and for secured lending purposes and notional rent reviews and partnership valuations for GP clients.

Both Christian and Fiona have been promoted as part of an ongoing programme to recognise and reward individuals that have contributed to the development of the business.
